A lot of good in these financials. Now let's talk the bad:
Series E EMA Financial continues to be the biggest diluter, though it's come to a halt this year. Almost all dilution came from her in 2019 and 2020. And as of June 30, 2021, there are still many shares out there that were only theoretically locked up in the 2017 agreement with debt holders.
Back in February 2021 Dr Kagan, of Engineeered Skin Subsittute sued Gerald/Amarantus for Breach of Contract, Theft of Service, Fraud, and Unjust enrichment in the western district of Ohio $117,500. Summons was just executed in late August. We'll see how this proceeds.
