Boo, the 138 patients isn't anything new. This was updated months ago from 120. At the time there was a little speculation that more patients were added, however, there are 3 (or more) Russian clinical trial websites that have slightly different information. There was some back and forth at the time and I have resigned to fact check these sites with clinicaltrials.gov for being the most reliable source for this information. Also, Leo went from saying ~120 patients in the past few PRs to exactly 120.
