Is 13D linked to frivolous lawsuits?
I don't know, but consider this mind worm.
1. 13D or members start up a bunch of frivolous lawsuits to bash Company.
2. Content of lawsuits state that Company has misled shareholders from Spring of 2020 until Spring of 2021 by saying LL is a possibly viable Covid therapeutic.
3. During the above 12-month period, Bruce says LL is a possibly viable Covid Therapeutic, Bruce says Rantes, Bruce does TedX, Spike to $10 occurs, spike to $7 occurs.
4. Nothing comes of frivolous lawsuits - nobody joins of substance.
5. Bruce appears as card carrying member of 13d
I reckon, this 13D group was in place from long before Bruce, or IncellDX, became advisors to CYDY. Tony and Richard have served their roles. And clearly, Rosenbum isn't the mastermind - judging his grammar, diatribe, and vitriol.
