And here's your serious answers:  NYSE: SAI says they can, in the future.  NYSE: RKT says they have the feedstock now and is available in the future.  Now you say run tickets answer the question of if there's enough feedstock available in Jacksonville, Florida?  Yeah, okay, that makes sense.  LOL

Since the only information we have in regards to your questions is projections from NYSE: SAI and facts from NYSE: RKT, it's impossible to furnish you with any additional information.  If it was available, then NYSE: SAI would be useless and NYSE: RKT I would think know a thing or two about their own operations.
