Full disclosure, I'm a layman, and still green which is insane.
IF the dooms-day scenario unfolds and a 13D nominated board takes CYDY private in order to profit/dilute off of IncellDX, and then sell cheaply to BP or liquidate,
THEN don't they have to offer a price per share to all of us? They can't just take my shares. What price point would you think they would have to pay per share? (assuming the current depression that we are seeing)
Is it current day SP (ie 1.38) or is it some other carrot (ie 3.38), or is it some analysis of market value (like 20.38)
The reason I ask apart from curiosity, is I may come into the ability to buy a sizeable chunk, and am curious about the risk of this outcome.
