First p21 data report is due mid-March per Dr M.  Many consider this to mean public release of said info will be made about the same time.  Maybe DF gives CTIX data but requires them to withhold public release of info until authorized at a later date.

If they do release positive data that would be tremendous as the data would have had to come from the lowest 2 dosage levels.

If they don't release it due to DF demands, it would not surprise/upset me as I realize their agenda is not based on CTIX stockholders preferences.
