There is not a lawyer in America that wouldn't get an immediate burst of laughter out of that advice.  Even Plantiff attorneys.

There's no such thing as a plantiff attorney that presents a fair, accurate, and balanced complaint.  It's not his or her job and would actually be a sign of incompetence.
