San Francisco city/county has had 581 Covid deaths in its 875k population.
That rate - 664 deaths per million - would place it 49th on the list of (50 states plus D.C.), right between Alaska and Maine. That's despite being the second most densely populated city in America.
Los Angeles, considered as a state, would rank 8th, with 2,563 deaths per million, still worse than Alabama. Also in California.
Presumably these facts satisfy any question you raise about the HIV positive population and Covid prevalence. Or was that not a question but a "soft bash" on LGBTQs?
