question .. a lawyer .. or know one well to query about this case

the reality is senior mgmt did what was best based on what was best for the COMPANY .. again the hiring of marcelino was strategically brilliant .. because marcelino (background at the sec's boston office) could offer *advice* and *counsel* specific to *realities* that the co. and mgmt would face going forward .. including *realistic time lines and expenses incurred* .. if settlement wasn't pursued

there were more than a few *local longs* who advocated for a trial .. i advocated for a trial because  i have the trading data on JBII and would have welcomed what forensics (depositions/discovery) would reveal re: who financially benefited at very specific times in 2010/2011 and 2012 ..

but the reality is *settlement* saved face on both sides of this *case*  ... and when the federal judge signs off .. it's *over* .. why it continues to be a topic of discussion *today* .. is beyond me

retail who wanted out of the company via their stock ..  could have controlled their interests via selling JBII .. few remember that the morning after the 4th of Jan .. the PROs' couldn't hold the PPS below 1.00 ..

i will never understand why folks' whine .. except to speculate they are  looking for a better entry point (PPS wise)

they either trust in their DD .. and recognize the *risk* that is always endemic in a heavily manipulated OTC stock .. or they trade

JBI files .. they are on the OTC (enough said) and they have a new mgmt team in place that is less than one year old who *clearly* believe that P2O/P2F will be commercially viable this year (2013)

there is literally nothing left to say .. until mgmt fills in another piece of the puzzle with the K being filed in mid March ..

i'm looking for feedstock source/s, new customers noted, proc 3 operational .. and in due course uplisting x2 and rock tenn's first site equipped with a cluster of prox

i'd also expect a joint media event in 2013 .. it may not be until the 4th Q of 2013 .. but it's coming with proof of concept ..

i'm not a fan of telling folks i told you so .. but it will be revealing to see what comes to pass with very specific events crossed off the to do list re: JBI .. and i'm not just talking about the pps rise or threshold being triggered for a 3rd time ..
