The case settled for pittance proving zero fraud found can be quite annoying for some who don't like being wrong.

Meanwhile, the case grows a thicker layer of dust each day, making it more and more irrelevant.  Imagine if I went to the DELL board and brought up Michael Dell's case from years ago?  At this stage I would be laughed off the board and rightfully so.  Nobody gives a crap even remotely any more.
