Best I can tell from pink sheets is they need to have the company lawyer send in a letter acknowledging with or shortly after the quarterly financials that all information is current and correct!!

It's not the same as having audited financials, but I do believe it would have a positive impact on the share price.

They need to get current on pinks sheets now. I really don't see an excuse not to be current. When they hire an audit firm to get the books audited they also need to release a PR on that and that will have a big impact on the share price also!
