Diluting the shares?
Does anyone have a way back to registration without dilution?
The Pasaca deal doubles the number of shares. I call that dilution! That path brings money in and expands what the company can do, with Squires at the helm.
There are only two choices and they both require dilution. All those questions by the troll but none of them are aimed at insuring the company's survival. They're all distraction.
Are you interested in the company's survival and getting back to trading?
None have suggested how to do that without Squires.
What is Squires doing? He's doing what's necessary to get back to trading. Read his update.
