Tiger Woods in his prime never got beat, he only failed to win, because he was that much better than all other pros that if he played to his potential he would walk away with every tournament. But being human, he had good days and bad days. As for every other golfer, we never know if Dr. Jekyll or Mr. Hyde is going to show up on the golf course every time we play.
Secretariat was the greatest racehorse and no other horse cold beat him, but he did get beat a few times due to a tooth ache, jockey rode him poorly, etc. So there was always the element of chance involved that he could lose.
Science is science, just like gas is always going to expand when temp rises or the doppler effect is always the same when cops are using speed guns, so too will Brilacidin work with no chance of human error to much things up.
