This may come as a bit of a shocker for some but I'm going to say that I think old Plugs just might be a hellofva lot smarter than we used to think he was/is and here's the reason why.
Consider who he chose to be 2nd in charge of screwing up royally. With Plugs stepping down, for whatever reason, it won't take a month before she and not he would be considered the biggest presidential disaster, ever!
