Looks like this "World Class Management" is either incompetent or misleading investors. What's up with "the possible best deal ever" ...China ????? Most deals with China will exclude certain investors to join ...especially trading OTC .
The SEC has a history of GNBT filings and it appears the Safe Harbor Statement is a convenient practice to release news to pump the pps ......those days are gone and current pps tells the story.
Merck on hold, still no Altucell news, little revenue, gofundme no results ....after 4+ mths still at $1005 of 100M goal, no cash, no IPO, no 10K, no AZ update, no NUGX clarification, Class B shares holding Class A shares hostage and the list goes on and on. Not even an update to keep shareholders informed of progress if any ..........
