RTB, while you're dropping pearls of wisdom on the peasants, I'm sure you could take a brief moment to expand on something you said a few days back..
How exactly are you proposing any hypothetical preferred shareholders "use their rights" to "do a cramdown"?
This is critical to the future of this company and current shareholders.. given that would basically destroy both were it to happen. Perhaps you can give everyone just a brief synopsis of what made you think that was possible.
