Well since you brought it up jrt...
That September 28th deadline means nothing for UNVC right now as we have become Pink Limited Information... which is in compliance with the SEC regulation based on OTCM ... check it out:

Dr. Dalton has said he wants UNVC Current so we will get Current and then those revealing PRs will start flowing... please don't ask me when we will get Current... anybody's guess is a good guess...
And btw, we're still missing that 4B info on Q2...
