I wasn't part of that meeting of April 2020 ,.
So, I am curious, at that meeting what did he say he was going to do to rectify being 2 years behind in filings?
Did he follow though?
What was learned from that meeting that pertains to the company of today?

I not saying he won't hold a meeting I just saying the outcome of the proxy is already determined.
Vote for the increase in AS or the company dies, shareholders have no leverage here at this point.
