Fife's selling is his business model.
It's in the SEC's complaint against him filed last year.
He's not investing in the company. He's just loaning money at a high interest rate. It's simply a means to an end for both him and Cytodyn. It can still work out well for us with great trial results but in the meantime the downward pressure continues.
