To me it’s no shock that OTC Markets is back up and short staffed. That’s beating a dead horse. They were put to the task of doing something at the busiest time of year for families. This is America and as Americans what do we like? Yep, summer vacation. OTC is no different than any other company in america in summer. Everyone takes vacation since school is out. Another problem most companies have is that not a lot of people are cross trained to do other people’s jobs. So paperwork sits around. Well next week it’s the proverbial end of summer since most schools start back up. So most likely less people on vacation in OTC. Still not making any excuses for OTC.
