for me I see no issue. I say maybe it's from Start up funds. considering they were just granted control of the company by the courts.

all the previous fins were back log from previous owners.

the fins that are showing is basically the companies first set of fins as the new owners.

so the question at hand is if they took a loan for 120k which he states isn't considered income. which is technically true. where is the 500k beginning cash coming from?

same for both.

I said maybe it's start up investment cash. which isn't far fetched.

but he was adamant about it and wanted to find answers. I said I would look and ask around but I guess we have to wait for the company to issue an itemized statement
