They made no announcement. The 10-Q was filed with the SEC and it was then released to be posted on EDGAR or sites like OTCMarkets.com for public viewing. They released an 8-k along with the 10-Q to clarify the need for the amended 10-Q to follow, but no press release. I think we'll see a PR when they're ready to provide a business update.
