The failure of the QMC HealthID IMHO had nothing to do with ethic or private information collection wanted by the government.
The resons it failed were
-with the Innova rapid test never being approved in the US there WAS NO MARKET for an app that recorded it's results.
- in the UK the UK government had and required all it's citizens to use the government vaccine and test verification app which they offered all citizens for free, destoring and chance for an Innova QMC HealthID app market.
