As for which is more important to win over, shareholders or the courts, at this moment, even if all of the shareholders WANTED 13d and to oust NP, if the courts rule that their proxy fight was not legally initiated, it would not matter what the shareholders want or don't want. So for now, the first hurdle for them is the courts. ONLY if they are successful there does what WE think/want matter.
