I don't know where Pasaca is currently in this situation,
I believe Squires knows law inside and out and enough to keep on the right side of the law. We don't know why or what Pasaca is doing either.
It might be they backed off until QMC gets its financial house in order, which I noted in my last post, I believe Squires is doing expeditiously.
Regardless of whether the merger is on or off, Squires is proceeding with the next steps for registration, which is necessary in either case.
