I see what you are saying, but this is under the assumption that Pasaca is still part of the plan. Granted, there is nothing (other than Pasaca removing QMC from their website) that states Pasaca walked away. An 8-K would be submitted for that.

For some reason though, my gut feeling tells me that the AS increase is a means to raise capital through dilution, instead of completing the deal with Pasaca. I don't understand why QMC would shelve Health ID when they were on collaboration with Innova, if the Pasaca deal was still in play.

Hopefully my gut feeling is wrong, but I'm not so sure.
