I had read the new "PINK CURRENT" designation and the 8-k prior to posting this morning. I guess you didn't see my posts. The "official" approval from the accounting firm is a mere formality covering the firm's ass in the event that something was seriously wrong. The SEC's acceptance means all is good, but they still are required to jump through those formal hoops which includes the filing/posting of the "amended" 10-Q after the accounting firm provides their final approval.
