According to the trial protocol for compassionate use it's 350mg but it's possible they were able to raise the dosage as it was raised in the 2b/3 trial.

There were 9 patients from the phase 2b/3 and 21 from compassionate.

I think the lower numbers are for PFS/OS and the higher numbers are for mOS and mPFS.
