It looks like they missed another timeline once again.
No IND, no IPO, no Excellegan, no Clinic news, no nothing. This is totally unacceptable and honestly a true Board of Directors would hold them accountable for what they are doing.
For several years Joe was all flash about everything and then nothing. This is totally opposite of what he said on what he was going to be doing for his shareholders. Totally opposite.
I can't wrap my head around what is going on here. They are selling shares to stay in business, we know that. But they are not putting out any information to what is going on. So, we see one thing, but we can't see the other.
It's a black hole and we simply have no clue. It's a horrible practice for a company to be in.
