Your writing does not indicate you want QMC to succeed.
If and when Pasaca takes over, there is a difference between
1. Squires leading with Pasaca enabling him by supporting his goals
and
2, Pasaca taking over without Squires and breaking up the company,
with the shareholders getting nothing.
