For the record, I never suggested she would impose sanctions.
I don't view what I suggested the company might seek or what the judge might do as sanctions.
As everyone else here, I am merely guessing what might happen in this lawsuit as a result of the 13D train wreck.
Everyone had thoughts on the OJ Simpson trial, same here.
