I personally think that any partnership with an entity like Amazon, the weight of when to PR is solely based on the decision and judgement of the smaller entity with whom they are partnering. A PR about a partnership would not do anything for the PPS of Amazon, but would be everything for the PPS of Univec. All again IMO.
