You never see solutions; you only see problems.
Your post states the current condition well, but the cure will come with the following:
1. Proxy
2. Share restructure
3. S-1 showing revenue.
S-1 is a clean slate. These steps are exactly what Squires has repeatedly said he is working on "expeditiously". Now we find out yesterday that Auditors are actually working on the June 2021 quarter, the last quarter, which is what's needed to complete the S-1.
You know this, but keep attacking rather than support these actions. If that doesn't make you a troll, it is still trollish.
