I had bought this up before but have not an idea in the world if I bring up a valid point.
A long time back I was invested in a pink that was having a similar issue. Don’t remember the the symbol, but investors bought it up on the board that the ceo needs to fill out a form and send in the fees ($4k) to the otc and only then will they remove that freakin triangle. Greedy bastards!!
Now I am pretty sure this is not the case and the docs attorney is well aware of the protocol but I had to lend my 2 cents worth.. All the best to the longs here..
