hylander - is there any valid reason you can conceive for not communicating with the shareholders other than that management does not want the shareholders to know what is going on (or not) with the company? If that is true, is there anything that company management would want to hide from shareholders that is a positive? Given that the management has communicated since the filing with the SEC that triggers the "quiet period," this cannot be a legitimate reason. That leads me to my current concern that something less than honorable is happening, but also that no one on the BoD either is aware, or cares.
