Wish I could listen into the oral arguments (which request for oral arguments I presume the Court will grant) of the Motion to Expedite discovery and proceedings that CytoDyn filed in their lawsuit against the 13D. Somehow I think this will be raised, as well as in a further filing for the Opposition to the Motion to Dismiss.
They are jumping the gun on this, at the same time taking the opposite position of not wanting the case expedited, which if they won, could validate their being on the ballot. But, instead, they (whether legally or not) prematurely send out a partial ballot.
Very telling of the motives of the 13D. The stench gets worse and worse.
