No idea. This isn't a "normal" stock. It has a lot of retail investors, and a lot of people brought in by friends and family.
As I understand it, proxy rights can be revoked at any time. There is time for the board to educate shareholders.
What encourages me is that CYDY shareholders are used to getting regular info updates.
