I received emails for both of my accounts. They seem a bit misleading. They say vote now but you're not actually voting for anything you are relaying a proxy for the 13d to vote on your behalf. With only their slate listed and no full explanation of it being a signing over of a proxy it is likely to engender confusion among shareholders who will unwittingly think that is the entirety of the vote.
