What does Squire mean by

Is he saying that as of June 3 2021 the QMC HealthID has not been deployed?
Wpuld that mean QMC Healthid QMC didn't earn a piece of that 4.5 billion Innova made in the UK before June 3rd, 2021 that has been floating around here.
QMC HealthID partner with Innova, August 11, 2020, several billion test later one would think it would be beyond the deployment stage and fully deployed with every Innova rapid test sold.
Maybe he referring to test other than Innova?
