IMPORTANT - proxy record date
You need to be owner of record on 9/1 to be able to vote. If your shares are being lent out, you are not... you need to tell your broker you want to recall all your shares so you can participate in the proxy vote.
Depending how many people recall their lent shares, could create a bit of a short squeeze in the short term fwiw.
