Re: Buddyboy20 #101238
Let's say someone has been swept over Niagara Falls. Do I call the Fire Department and ask them to drive to Target to see if they have any life preservers in stock, and then if they do, to fill out the paperwork to get a purchase order so they can get one, drive it to Niagara Falls, and throw it over?
Or will the Rescue Squad at Niagara Falls just pull out the person, or their body, from the bottom of the waterfall? Which is more likely?
Do I need to explain that expecting doctors to jump through FDA hoops for right-to-try is like the Fire Department-to-Target scenario, and that the Rescue Squad is the Regeneron dosing centers?
When Leronlimab gets FDA approval for some use, doctors can prescribe it off label. Until then, trying to get the Governor to do something that is utterly impractical and against his finanicial interests is a complete waste of time.
