And there were also overzealous shareholders that bugged the living crap out of the FDA and Janet Woodcock (not that I’m a fan). Shareholders are to blame for that letter… they should have just let Nader and management handle communication with the FDA. We wouldn’t be where we are today, playing defense instead of offense.
