These, by the way, are outrageous accusations. This and the last series of exchanges over the past few days have aroused my curiosity about you. I’ve had occasion to employ the services of a few attorneys over the years. I pay top dollar for my hired guns. My experience is they speak in measured terms and typically with a strategic objective. They are careful about inferences and the conclusions they reach. There is a reason they weigh in on a topic. They conduct themselves as professionals. Most tellingly, they don’t make accusations in public like yours above.
What is your strategic objective in teeing off on Steve at this particular juncture? You speak as though you’ve got some alternative plan B in mind if Steve doesn’t work out. Or short of that, there is some positive contribution you can offer to move the ball forward? Well, what are they? Where is this vitriol leading? What purpose do these accusations serve? What is your Plan B?

On Nov 11, 2020 you found cause to broadcast a rumor that ballots were infused with quantum dots, and had anyone heard news to verify the rumor? By December of 2020 you were second guessing Steve, criticizing him for wasting time pursuing a lawsuit and suggesting litigation was the wrong business model for QMC. February of 2021 you teed off in a personal, combative and demeaning way on Puravida when he found cause to challenge you and suggest you are a troll. That is a fast start in a suspect direction, JayDee.
By the time of your first post of 7/17/20 anyone paying any attention at all would have known that investors were frustrated by our lack of progress. We thought 2020 would be our year, and then there we were, looking at yet another year. It is one thing to invest in a company with a track record of false starts, but then to criticize? Why fan the flames of discontent among investors already on a knife edge waiting for something to happen? You chose to become a member of the club as recently as a year ago, and now Steve is the villain? From virtually your first post it's been unfounded criticism, misdirection and doubt.
I think Puravida was right. You are a troll. I doubt very much you are a lawyer. If you were an reputable attorney at one time representing corporations you have descended into something less.

I keep hearing a rumor that the U.S. ballots mailed out were infused with quantum dot / blockchain technology so that forged and altered ballots could be identified. I’m skeptical, however, if true, this could be the best catalyst to launch distribution of quantum blockchain technology to prevent counterfeits and fraud. Even if not true, if the rumor alone gains enough traction, it could still bring attention to the technology and accelerate the use of it. Any news beyond the rumor?

“Jaydee” stands for J.D., which is an abbreviation for “juris doctor.” It’s a lot less flamboyant sounding than “Esquire.” I was a litigator in California for a few decades. I sued big companies for a living for a long time. That’s where my perspective on this issue comes from.
On the other hand, maybe you’re the one who is right. Wouldn’t make a lot of sense, but it’s happened before.
Regardless, you need to ask yourself a question—is QTMM in the business of manufacturing, marketing and licensing its quantum dot technology or is QTMM in the business of prosecuting lawsuits? If it’s the latter, that’s a horrible business plan. If it’s the former, then why in the hell are they wasting their valuable time suing former attorneys? Seems to me this a critical time in the development of their COVID product. If they’re not valuing their time and resources at a higher level than this, then maybe their time and resources simply aren’t that valuable, which would not be a good thing for me, their shareholder.

First, that was no even a “side of the story.” It was an objective report about what was said and not said and an acknowledgment that it may be an issue with no substance—we’ll have to wait and see. Second, if something as banal as that rattles you, prompting you to call me a troll, then Mary Poppins is a troll, as well. The real problem is that you’ve been fighting with people on “the other board” and becoming over-sensitive and defensive (I never knew what you guys meant by “the other board” or why you would delete my posts, then I actually stumbled across “the other board” the other day and laughed out loud after reading a few posts. It’s like mentally ill blind deaf-mutes arguing with each other about whether the sun will come up tomorrow. I’m not a very important person, but I wouldn’t waste 5 seconds in an exchange with any of them. I suspect your real problem is not so much that I’m a troll, but that you need to unplug from that madness and learn how to interact with real people in their real world again.
