To qualify my last post...
the ultimate and responsible supervising CRO is U.S. The CRO engaged in Russia by U.S. CRO, causes the delivery of raw information to or under direction and review of Supervisory CRO...to western labs...not Russian labs.
To suggest the working in Russia and engaged by US Supervising CRO would "play around" with results (esp. since they simply deliver raw materials for analysis in US or EU labs), would mean the Russian gov would permit a bad apple CRO to exist, and ruin cred with FDA for entire new and thriving industry in Russia...a Russian sub-CRO engaging in such conduct would likely be taken out and put before a firing squad!
...the suggestion is just more Negative manipulation from another site.
