Sam, my biggest peeve with this whole thing is that dates pass and nothing. Then later, we would get a CC about what is going on months later about the same thing or future endeavors and nothing. All the while, we sit and during the time in between, we get some PRs with no real substance.
What we need is actually status updates, like what happens when a Project Manager works with their clients. They provide updates during the project or projects, because right now, their communication process is just not working. We have no clue what is happening on any endeavor they are working on, whether they are succeeding or failing. The only thing we can measure is the PPS which is getting worse by the day.
Right now, the valuation of NGIO technically means nothing because we have no clue what is going on with the IPO. It's been in limbo and the company and Dawson and James are not responding to anyone.
We have no clue on any of the things they are working on other than things are moving along, which has been the standard response between CCs and PRs for 3 years now.
It makes me wonder if they can adapt to change at all.
