I was going to add this to my other post responding to you, but my edit time expired. You say:
If by "They" you mean the "lawyers," that is not correct.
However, if by "They" you mean the Court and the Judge, yes, that is correct, they (the Court/Judge) don't need any help from us. The Court and the Judge are analogous to the FDA as both the Court/Judge and the FDA are the decision makers. You don't harass the decision makers.
But, providing useful evidence to those that are trying to prove up a case (the lawyers on the side you favor) is a whole other thing.
