Tollovir data has been delayed, will still be publicly released this quarter, because NLC requested Todos not put out the data pending milestones. Very favorable data - G has seen it. Todos is going to buy all the IP from the Joint Venture with NLC by buying NLC Pharma into a separate entity that will be 60% owned by Todos and 40% owned by NLC. LOI is signed. Transaction is being completed. That entity will raise money privately under new management to take it forward clinically.

LOI has been signed with European distribution partner for Tollovid. Price is being raised to $199. Daily Tollovid coming online at $99, should be available soon. Working on Amazon and Alibaba for both.
