BIEL is manufacturing the KT, DJO and SAI devices which are therefor OEM Deals. BIEL's money is made by selling these devices to KT, DJO, SAI.
IMO the Hi-Dow Deal is a Licensing Deal since IMO the PEMF portion is not a stand alone device but part of the main electronics package that also houses the TENS and EMS.
IMO, BIEL designed the Hi-Dow PEMF electronics and has Licensed use to Hi-Dow to incorporate in the TrueStim Genesys.
