Whoever has information about this, get the information to the company so they can get it to their lawyers. Let their lawyers determine whether it has "evidentiary value" or might lead to admissible evidence.

Further, someone has copies as I recall seeing some in earlier posts about this. I don't have any myself and don't recall who posted them or even which stock forum it was posted, but the evidence is undoubtedly somewhere.
