--do Joe et al. have to 'DECLARE' their refraining as motivated in such legal constraint, when faced with inquiring demands from people who express legitimate interest on it?
....or any quiteness or elusiveness may be refered to as a 'general' due caution in regard to noticeable tracking of events within a company

(can we distinguish between 'waiting' for the end of it --as the 'soup' is boiling -, or for something 'real' to ever make a diference -be it selected ingredients, lighting the fire, chef-in-charge....-
